1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing Top 3D AI you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- By using the site you confirm you are legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction (or have permission from a parent/guardian/corporate entity if applicable).
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, good-faith information when submitting ratings, votes, or contact messages.
- Do not attempt to game the leaderboard via automated voting, duplicate accounts, paid campaigns, or undisclosed sponsorships.
- Respect other users—no harassment, hate speech, scraping of private data, or prohibited content.
3. Content Ownership
- You retain rights to the reviews and feedback you submit; you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to display that content within the product.
- Arena outputs belong to their originating tool providers; we host derivative previews for comparison, research, and educational purposes only.
4. Disclaimers
- Rankings are community-driven and provided "as-is". We make no guarantee about tool availability, pricing, speed, or suitability for a particular use.
- We may update, remove, or reorder tools at any time if we detect abuse, stale data, or receive credible legal complaints.
5. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, compromise the integrity of the leaderboard, or threaten site stability.
- You may request account deletion at any time through the contact page while signed in.
6. Changes
- We may modify these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after we publish changes means you accept the updated terms.
- Material changes will be communicated via the changelog or banner notices so active users can review them.
